If you are not completely satisfied with your Mustman Professional™ purchase, for whatever reason, we offer you the possibility to return it for a refund. Mustman Professional™ monitors customer return activity, arising from abuse, and if we detect or consider excessive or potentially fraudulent activity, the customer initiating such activity may be notified in writing that Mustman Professional™ will no longer accept any return from him, with or without receipt. All returns are subject to validation and approval at the discretion of Mustman Professional™.
- You must return the products within 30 days of the date of purchase of the product in order to be eligible.
- The product returned must not be used and must still be in its original packaging.
- All items purchased on mustmanprofessional.com must be returned to Mustman Professional™. Similarly, Mustman Professional™ can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from mustmanprofessional.com.
- Products purchased from our suppliers must be returned to them.
- All refunds are made to the original form of payment.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
Would you like to return a Mustman Professional™ product? To do this, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-855-858-2273 or by sending us a message here. We ask you to provide the following information:
- Full name (shown on the order)
- Order number
- Reason for return
Our customer service team will assess your request and if the return is authorized, you will be emailed a return label. All you will have to do is print the label and stick it on your return box before dropping off the package at the shipping carrier's drop-off location.
Refunds will be made within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your package at our warehouse. Please expect a few days following the refund before the transaction appears on your credit card statement.
Please note that we will deduct a $9.99 + tax fee to cover the return shipping costs.

Don't worry, we'll fix this unfortunate situation for you. Simply contact our customer service department at 1-855-858-2273 or fill out our contact form here and we'll send you a return label (if applicable). We will cover the return shipping fees damaged items or products sent by error.
