Do you offer free delivery?
Of course! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes). Free delivery is made with the standard delivery method of our carriers. For orders under $75 (after discounts and before taxes), a small fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on mustmanprofessional.com are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) following the finalization of the order. If there is an issue that may cause a delay in the processing and shipping your order, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Canada and the United States, except for the following regions:
- Northwest Territories
- Puerto Rico

All orders are shipped from our warehouse which is located on the north shore of Montreal.
What are the delivery times?

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the carrier with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your order throughout its journey. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of receiving the email.
I received my order, but the item received is damaged. What should I do?
Even though we work with the best shipping carriers in the industry, it is possible that, for reasons beyond our control, the content of your package is damaged during transportation.
